How LAS-SI handles workspace information and optional connected services.
Who provides LAS-SI
LAS-SI is developed under the LAS-SI Corp brand. The service is currently provided by its individual operator in the United Arab Emirates. In this agreement, ‘LAS-SI’ means the software and related service, and ‘the operator’ means that current individual operator.
For privacy, access, correction, deletion or security requests, contact julien@las-si.com and identify your workspace. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
How information is handled
The service processes account and profile details, workspace permissions and preferences, business contacts, research, drafts, activity records and content made available through enabled mail, calendar and other connections. Depending on the feature, this can include message content, recipients, meeting information and files. It also maintains authentication, operational and security records, and a record of your acceptance containing your account identifier, agreement version, text fingerprint and acceptance time.
LAS-SI uses this information to provide the requested features, synchronise connected activity, administer access, support users, investigate problems and protect the service. The desktop app connects to the existing online workspace. Installing it does not create an independent private copy of the workspace or change who is authorised to access its records. The app and browser may retain session information and local cached content; exported files remain on the device or destination you choose.
Hosting, email, calendar, enrichment and AI providers may receive information needed for enabled features. Processing may take place outside the United Arab Emirates depending on the provider and configuration. Ask the operator through your workspace administrator for the current provider and transfer details before using a feature with information subject to special restrictions.
Signing out, uninstalling the app or disconnecting a provider does not by itself erase server records or backups. Retention and deletion depend on the purpose of the record, the organisation’s requirements and applicable legal obligations. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restricted processing, objections or the withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis should be directed to the operator through your workspace administrator. Identity and authority may need to be verified; lawful retention duties and other people’s rights may affect what can be removed.
This information is not a blanket consent to every use of personal data. Accepting the agreement does not provide consent on behalf of contacts, colleagues or other individuals, waive privacy rights, or replace any further notices or consents required for a particular feature. The operator and the relevant workspace organisation remain responsible for their respective obligations under applicable data-protection law.
Business information and confidentiality
Provide only information that you and your organisation are entitled to process for the intended purpose. Keep uploads and research inputs relevant and proportionate. Do not submit passwords, secret access keys, or sensitive personal information into ordinary notes or AI prompts; use designated connection controls for authorised credentials.
Workspace records may be visible to authorised colleagues according to their roles. The operator and authorised technical personnel may need access to maintain the service, investigate faults or security incidents, and provide requested support. Treat information you can access as confidential where its nature or your organisation’s rules require it. These responsibilities also continue after your access ends.
Connected services and automation
Only connect a mailbox, calendar, research service or other account that you are authorised to use. Features depend on the permissions granted, the provider’s availability and your workspace configuration. Requests and relevant content may pass to those services. Their own terms, charges, limits and privacy arrangements also apply.
Where an authorised user enables an automated workflow, LAS-SI may research, prepare drafts, process connected information or send communications according to that workflow’s settings and permissions. Do not assume that every automated action waits for a separate review of each item. Check recipients, scope, sender, schedule and limits before enabling a workflow, and monitor it while it runs.
You can use the available controls or contact your workspace administrator to stop future work or revoke a connection. An action already submitted to a provider may be impossible to cancel, and disconnecting or signing out does not recall messages or automatically remove previously saved records. Acceptance of this agreement does not itself connect a service, enable automation or authorise a particular communication.
Google connections
Google connections are optional and require your authorization. The Gmail connector requests permission to view email messages and settings, manage drafts and send emails. These permissions support correspondence history, reply tracking, draft preparation, authorized outreach workflows and reporting.
The Google Calendar connector requests read access to calendar information. The current implementation reads your primary calendar metadata and events to display your schedule; it does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events. Your Google email address identifies the connected account.
LAS-SI stores authorization tokens so enabled features can operate without a fresh sign-in for each request. Stored connector credentials are encrypted. HTTPS protects the connection to the portal. These measures do not mean all business records or exported files have the same protection.
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant message content and business context may be processed by the AI service or worker configured for your workspace. Ask the operator for the applicable provider, processing and retention details before using these features with restricted information.
Control your connection
Use the portal’s connection settings to disconnect a service. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not recall sent messages or delete previously saved workspace records or backups. Request deletion separately using the contact address above.
